Here it is - the very first thing I brought to a proper anime convention - MegaCon 2009. No wig, just some artist alley-purchased catears, and a broadcloth dream.

I remember agonizing over these sleeves because even though you can’t see it in the single surviving photo from ~2009, my sleeves are fully lined in blue! I was so proud of myself for finishing it.

I used Naruto’s colors and created a lolita-inspired coordinate set. Living in Florida, I received a lot of UF Gators comments at Joann’s!
